Pre-Vocational Services provides opportunities for program participants to develop transferable job skills to realize and achieve their individualized goals. Both paid and non-paid training activities are conducted daily to develop each individual’s skills based on their individualized goals.
TradeWinds Curriculum Specialist continually develop lesson plans to expand opportunities for participants by engaging in hands-on activities. The Pre-Vocational program assists individuals with disabilities to gain knowledge of transferable job skills with the ultimate goal to achieve community employment.
Paid training is integrated with TradeWinds Sewing Manufacturing operation, Janitorial Skill Training, Sign Shop Manufacturing, along with Packaging & Assembly outsourced work.
