Respite for Caregivers

Caregivers of children with disabilities need to recharge their batteries, but it is often difficult for them to ask for help.

Respite Care at TradeWinds offers caregivers the opportunity for a short-term break to take care of themselves, spend time with other family members and/or have the freedom to run errands without worry. Most importantly, they need time to rest and restore their energy in order to maintain a healthy balance when caring for loved ones with special needs.

• TradeWinds provides respite services in the community, your home or at our apartment in Hobart
• Short breaks from a minimum of three hours to overnight
• For families with children and adults with disabilities.
• Flexible and designed to meet a variety of needs, Respite Care at TradeWinds is available almost any time.
• Respite Services can be scheduled regularly or occasionally.
